Mr. Soltero heads the design department for all of healthcare, medical and specialized care projects. Mr. Soltero's experience and superior design abilities have earned him several Design Awards and Recognition in the Architectural Community. Mr. Soltero has a direct hands-on approach to design and production that ensures the highest quality of professional service possible.

Mr. Soltero has recently been involved in the design of the $14 million History Museum/Main Library Expansion in El Paso, Texas and the $11 million Union Plaza Transit Terminal in El Paso, Texas.

Mr. Soltero is an experienced award-winning Architect with a substantial background in the Practice of Architecture and unwavering dedication, efficiency and drive.
