We insist on various levels of checks and coordination during the design and production phases of the project to gain efficiency through the construction phase. During the construction administration phase, we have developed procedures that create a “ Team Approach ” during the construction that enables us to assist the contractor in producing a superior product. It is our experience that a well organized and detailed set of construction documents in conjunction with the “ Team Approach ”, namely the Client, Contractor and Architect, allows us to produce a quality project with savings ultimately afforded to the Client.
