Mr. Loya has 15 years of experience in educational, car dealerships, healthcare, retail/commercial developments and with a specialization in warehouse and industrial/manufacturing. He has been recently involved with a wide rage of Design-Build Projects, land-use planning, and feasibility studies with successful results that help illustrate his attention to innovate design.
