Mr. Loya is a Principal of Dimensions Architects in the El Paso and Dallas Offices. Mr. Loya has 15 years of experience in educational, car dealerships, healthcare, retail/commercial developments and with a specialization in warehouse and industrial/manufacturing. He has been recently involved with a wide rage of Design-Build Projects, land-use planning, and feasibility studies with successful results that help illustrate his attention to innovate design. Mr. Loya's responsibilities range from design and complete project management.

Mr. Loya has been the Project Architect for the new schools in the Socorro Independent School District and Ysleta Independent School District, school projects ranging from $2 million to $13 million.

He has been involved in various additions to existing schools for El Paso I.S.D. and Socorro I.S.D. His experience has allowed the client to benefit on the complexity of the additions to existing facilities.
